The noise and complexity inherent to quantum communication networks leads technical challenges in designing network protocols using classical methods. We address this issue with a hybrid variational optimization framework (VQO) that simulates on hardware optimizes the simulation differential programming. maximize nonlocality noisy showcase our VQO framework. Using simulator we investigate robustness of nonlocality. Our methods reproduce known results uncover novel phenomena. find maximally entangled states presence unital qubit channels, while nonmaximally can nonunital channels. Thus, show be practical design tool for even when run simulator. Finally, IBM computers demonstrate hardware. In long-term, techniques promise scaling beyond approaches deployed optimize against their noise.
